Palermo Dress

A Grecian maxi gown! A long elegant dress with a fitted empire waist band. There are gathers and pockets on the skirt. The top has a cowl with pleats and gathers. The shoulders cover bra straps. The fabric is a sandwashed soft and draped Tencel/viscose blend.
